Herb and Kennisha Moffett

Apostolic and prophetic leaders Herb and Kennisha Moffett are the founders of Restoring God’s Family Ministry. In 2005, they were called by God, according to Leviticus 25, to declare the season of jubilee in which God restores the families of His kingdom.

The Moffetts live in the Austin area and are proud parents of two young adult children. Herb serves as a chaplain with Marketplace Chaplains. Kennisha serves on Baylor’s Alumni Board of Advocates and as a Prophetic Life Coach for leaders in Greater Austin.

Warren and Diana Wilbanks

Warren and Diana have been joyfully married for 36 years. They are the proud parents of two adult children, Olivia and Patrick, and grandparents to Reese and Jack.

Warren is a retired analyst with the Texas Department of Public Safety and honorably served as a Senior Chief in the United States Navy. Diana is a retired school teacher who faithfully invested in countless students.

Together, they are deeply honored to serve the Lord and Jubilee Community with love, faithfulness, and a willingness to follow His leading wherever He calls.

Charlene McGill

Charlene resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, after relocating from Brooklyn in 2006. She is the proud mother of Heather and grandmother to Kendall.

She retired from NYC Health & Hospitals Corporation after 26 years as an accounting supervisor. A born-again believer since 1986, Charlene has served as a deaconess, teacher, intercessor, and elder.

She joined Warrior Training School in 2021 and completed the program in 2025 as one of the original OG Beta graduates. Now in her third “third of life,” she continues to pursue ministry passionately.

Russ Jemison

Russ and Rebecca have been married for 23 years. They are proud parents to Elizabeth and Abigail; Russ also has a daughter, Shelly, and three grandchildren, Elija, Eliana, and Braylen.

Russ works as a Director of Onsite Programs for Adecco. Rebecca homeschools Elizabeth and serves as primary caregiver for her parents, Don and Sandra Levins. Before Abigail was born, Rebecca worked as an environmental, safety, and health professional.

They are grateful for the opportunity to serve in God’s Kingdom and look forward to His plans for their family, Jubilee Community, and the broader Body of Christ.
